Experience the transformative power of yoga and meditation. This program goes beyond the basics, with an integration of Tibetan healing yoga, breathwork and “secret” yogic techniques to complement our foundational practices of yin yoga, gentle flow, and mindfulness meditation.

This unique blend of practices is designed to support your personal journey towards inner peace and reconnection with your heart and soul. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each practice with care and expertise, making it accessible to all levels of practitioners. 

Two daily classes will offer you authentic yoga practices, supporting you to cultivate a deeper sense of peace and harmony within yourself. The mornings we start the day with mindfulness meditation, healing yoga and a gentle yoga flow, followed by deep relaxation. The afternoons offer the practices of yin yoga and mindfulness meditation.

Indulge in delicious, organic plant-based meals prepared by the talented chefs at Wolfs’ Kitchen. You’ll be treated to mouth-watering, healthy meals made from organic local ingredients. Our meals are meant to nourish your body, heart and soul.

Surrounded by stunning beaches and breathtaking nature of Portugal, let yourself be immersed in a week of healing for the heart and soul. Join us on this journey towards inner peace, reflection and reconnection with yourself.

We are Lot & Amwo Wolfs, brother and sister, with almost a decade of experience teaching and hosting healing yoga retreats and practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. From that experience we teach and share the most meaningful and life transforming yogic teachings, with our students.

We invite you to our small-scale sanctuary of yoga, mindfulness, breath-work, healing, and the most delicious plant-based meals nourishing your body and soul. Yoga Styles

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness training is a powerful practice for self transformation and spiritual growth. We sit, observe and be with whatever arises using mindfulness techniques. Soon we start to experience moments of quietness inside. During the retreat, we share the tools of mindfulness.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is deeply stimulating and very relaxing for body and mind. We practice relaxing long held ground postures to stimulate and balance the flow of energy in the connective tissues of the body. We learn to embrace the present moment and be in peace with ourselves.

Yang Yoga

Yang Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice in which we use posture, breath, rhythm and repetition. The practice stimulates overall health, strengthens the body and calms the nervous system. It is a method for spiritual practice through the physical body. Yang yoga can be gentle, very intense or anywhere in between.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga combined has the best of both worlds. Using rhythm and repetition part of the practice and the relaxing but long held postures in the other part, we create a perfect balance. Yin yang yoga is deeply stimulating, energizing, soothing and very relaxing for body and mind.

Pranayama / Breathwork

Pranayama is a yoga practice that involves controlling the breath to increase the flow of life force energy in the body. It has various techniques such as deep breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and breath retention exercises that improve physical and mental health, concentration, and overall well-being.

Healing Yoga & Restorative

Healing Yoga is a transformative practice that combines Tibetan Yoga, Chinese Qi Gong, and Hatha Yoga. It works primarily on the energetic level by facilitating a harmonious flow of pranic energies in the body, which can heal physical, emotional, and mental disturbances. Healing Yoga offers physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits through meditation and mindfulness meditation.

Kriya Yoga & Energy Practice

Kriya yoga is a spiritual practice that uses energetic techniques such as pranayama to awaken the flow of energy in the body and promote physical, mental, and spiritual health, ultimately leading to self-realization and spiritual enlightenment.

The Retreat Center
Accommodation

The beautiful villa makes you feel home away from home. The spacious house is surrounded by a lush green garden and fruit trees. The Yoga area is in the middle of in the garden and after the yoga practice, you can have breakfast on the sunny terrace. There are 5 guest rooms, a large living room and a big kitchen. Walk out of the backyard and you walk right into the National park! We are located in Coastal National Park ‘Costa Vicentina’, just outside the picturesque fisherman village Vila do Bispo, 3 km hike from unspoiled beaches and close to Sagres and Lagos.

The retreat is an alcohol & smoking free area. Coffee can be made but is not served.

The national park is ideal for long walks and known for its amazing views and spectacular coastal scenery. It’s stunning beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming or to go for a walk along it’s clear ocean waters. At the retreat there are possibilities for additional activities and trips around the area!

Getting There

It’s easy to get to the Wolfs Yoga Villa. You fly to Faro International Airport (FAO) and from there you can get a transfer to Vila do Bispo, which will only take about 75 minutes. We will help you with information. 

It is also possible to fly to Lisbon (LIS). There is a express bus to our village, Vila do Bispo. Note: You would need to arrive at Lisbon airport on Saturday before 2pm. On departure day, the bus can get you in Lisbon in time for flights from 4pm and after.

Wolfs’ Kitchen

We love cooking healthy, nutritious organic meals. We create delicious (mostly) vegan dishes, using fresh local products to help you feel healthy and balanced during your stay. The colourful, delicious and organic recipes are created by the Wolfs Kitchen family.

We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner or brunch, dinner and snacks depending on the time of the year. Healthy herbal teas, filtered water and fresh fruit are available all day.
