This breakfast is our sister’s favourite breakfast smoothie. A super healthy bowl packed with antioxidants, plant based protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. The purple super bowl will make you feel energized and ready for the day!

How to | Wolfs Yoga Retreats Portugal, Algarve

Ingredients

~ one serving

  • ½ cup / 125 gr blueberries
  • ½ cup / 125 gr blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml / 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 big tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp white tahin
  • 1 tsp hempseed

Instructions

Preparation time | 3 minutes

  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend into a smoothie with a good blender. If you don’t have a strong blender, a hand blender will do.
  2. Top with berries, banana, hempseed and/or homemade muesli.

Notes

  • If you have a good blender, you could substitute the vegan milk for 250ml water and 1 Tbsp soaked almonds.
  • Add home made muesli if you need the extra energy.
