The Ultimate Berry Smoothie
This breakfast is our sister’s favourite breakfast smoothie. A super healthy bowl packed with antioxidants, plant based protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. The purple super bowl will make you feel energized and ready for the day!
Ingredients
~ one serving
- ½ cup / 125 gr blueberries
- ½ cup / 125 gr blackberries
- 1 banana
- 250 ml / 1 cup almond milk
- 1 big tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp white tahin
- 1 tsp hempseed
Instructions
Preparation time | 3 minutes
- Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend into a smoothie with a good blender. If you don’t have a strong blender, a hand blender will do.
- Top with berries, banana, hempseed and/or homemade muesli.
Notes
- If you have a good blender, you could substitute the vegan milk for 250ml water and 1 Tbsp soaked almonds.
- Add home made muesli if you need the extra energy.
