After years of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, we have transitioned from the Ashtanga Yoga Retreat to our transformational Reset Retreat and Heart Retreat. You’ll experience a variety of yoga styles, in which you’ll find elements and influences from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system.
We focus on the foundational principles of yoga, which could help you to build a stronger Ashtanga yoga practice when you return home. It is like a ‘yoga reminder’ and beautiful reset.
Come join and experience the yoga practices that over time have brought us the most transformation, healing and growth. In your free time, relax by our swimming pool, read a book in a hammock or explore the beautiful beaches surrounding the yoga villa.
We are Lot & Amwo Wolfs, brother and sister, with almost a decade of experience in teaching and hosting retreats. We both have been practicing Yoga and meditation for a long time. We have studied and explored various wisdom teachings of the world for over 2 decades. From that experience we teach and share the most meaningful and life transforming yogic teachings, with our students.
We invite you to our small sanctuary of yoga, and meditation. Within a small group, we guide you on your own inner journey to learn about, further explore, or deepen the inner peace that awaits within you. Expect the most delicious plant-based meals that nourish your body and spirit.
