This breakfast will make your day, right from the start! This is definitely one of our favorites. A beautiful and delicious bowl of sunshine. The golden superfood bowl will make you feel energized, boosts your immune system and detoxes the body! Need to say more?

Ingredients

~ one serving

  • 2 cm fresh turmeric
  • 5 mm fresh ginger
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado / ⅓ cup soaked cashew nuts
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 100 ml water or vegan milk

Instructions

Preparation time | 3 minutes

Put all ingredients together and blend into a smoothie with a good blender. If you don’t have a strong blender, make sure you cut up the ginger and turmeric finely before you add it.
