Ingredients

~ one serving

  • 2cm fresh turmeric
  • 5mm fresh ginger
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ Avocado or handful soaked cashew nuts
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 100ml water or vegan milk

Method

Preparation time | 3 minutes
Total time | 3 minutes

  1. Put all ingredients together and blend into a smoothie with a good blender. If you don’t have a strong blender, make sure you cut up the ginger and turmeric finely before you add it.
