The flowers know it’s spring time!

February offers a green landscape with lots of flowers and it’s a great time to escape from the cold Northern lands! Temperatures are usually between 12 and 20 degrees with some colder nights. The Algarve always offers enough sun to put on some sun-screen and bathing suit! Good and “bad” weather usually alternates from week to week. Don’t worry you can still bring your flip-flops. We are focussed on yoga outside with the birds, and have created a space for inside yoga or relaxing when the weather would not allow it. February is ideal for beautiful long hikes through the forest or one of the beaches.

For those seeking a deeper yoga experience, our yoga retreat in the Algarve, Portugal has created a program to suit your needs. We organise a one week long yoga holiday, surrounded by a National Park, with two to three yoga classes and workshops daily.

During this yoga retreat, we’ll move through daily dynamic yoga flows that are balanced by deep relaxation. We’ll dive deeper into the foundations of yoga and meditation throughout the week.

All levels are welcome, no experience is required.
