The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a sequence of postures that will open your mind, body and heart.

In this class Lot guides you through the modified half primary series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Method. The modified series are slower and extra breaths are added in every vinyasa. The core postures are practiced, where the more tricky ones are taken out, to be able to become familiar with the ashtanga in a safe way.

This is a physical and dynamic practice that will build strength, focus and flexibility. Yoga is a spiritual practice that can change your life. We focus on the subtle aspects and quality of the practice.
