Connecting to the Here and Now
Amwo guides you through a basic grounding meditation. This practice helps you to calm the mind through cultivating awareness. Be with the breath, sit and observe the sensations. When your mind wonders, bring your full attention back to the breath, again and again. This practice will help you connect to the here and now and can be used as a calming and grounding practice on its own, or as a preparation for a longer practice.
- Start and end your day with a short meditation. Make meditation practice a daily habit and experience the benefits.
