Chocolicious Bliss Bowl | Wolfs Yoga Retreats Portugal

One of our favourite recipes for breakfast is this delicious heart warming chocolate breakfast. Treat yourself with this bowl after a long morning yoga practice and literally everything will be feeling like Bliss!

Middle

Ingredients ~ 1 serving

  • 50 gr black, red or brown rice
  • 300 ml coconut or rice milk
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Wash the rice with water. Add rice, vegan milk and salt into a pan. Bring to boil and simmer for about 45 minutes into a soft creamy rice. Add more vegan milk when needed to find your favourite consistency. Add and stir the rest of the ingredients through.

Ingredients

  • Handful of raisins & goji berries
  • Big table spoon (raw) cacao
  • Tea spoon cinnamon
  • Tea spoon of virgin coconut oil

Bottom

Ingredients

  • 25 gr raw, unsalted cashew nuts
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 mm ginger
  • 30 ml water or rice milk

Method

Blender ingredients into a to a smooth creamy paste. Poor the cashew banana paste to the bottom of your bowl.

Add the chocolate rice on top.

Topping

Ingredients

  • Mango
  • Coconut flakes

Method

Add ingredient on top of the chocolate rice and you’re done! You can substitute the toppings to any of your favourite fruit. We personally also love cherries and cacao nibs with it!

You’re ready for Breakfast!
