Morning of the Sun!
The south west coast in September brings a warm salty breeze making the hot days never too hot. Temperatures are usually between 26 and 34 degrees, while elsewhere the temperatures can go into the 40’s. It makes a great start of the day to practice yoga with the sunrise, have outside dinners, swimming in the ocean and enjoying the shade of a nearby tree.
For those seeking a deeper yoga experience, our yoga retreat in the Algarve, Portugal has created a program to suit your needs. We organise a one week long yoga holiday, surrounded by a National Park, with two to three yoga classes and workshops daily.
During this yoga retreat, we’ll move through daily dynamic yoga flows that are balanced by deep relaxation. We’ll dive deeper into the foundations of yoga and meditation throughout the week.
All levels are welcome, no experience is required.
