Yoga and Meditation
In our little retreat, you have the opportunity to dive deeper into the foundations of yoga & meditation throughout the week. Meditation is a part of yoga, and we’ll have moments where we sit and practice meditation, move in meditation or do nothing at all in meditation. Don’t worry we’ll explain and you can ask questions too. During this retreat, we’ll to move through daily dynamic yoga flows that are balanced by deep meditation. We use methods of Vipassana mindfulness meditation and have times of silence too.
For those seeking a deeper meditation experience, our little retreat in the Algarve, Portugal has created a program to suit your needs. We organise a one week long yoga and meditation holiday, surrounded by a National Park, with two to three yoga and meditation classes or workshops daily.
All levels are welcome, no experience is required.
